In 10th Auguest oscar winer actress and singer Jennifer hudson bith her first child.The former “American Idol” contestant and her fiancé, David Otunga child father.
For months, no one knew whether or not Jennifer Hudson was pregnant. It was hard to tell because she was a little on the heavy side and started wearing loose fitting tops. People were also afraid of being beat down by a fat chick for asking when the baby was due. Anyway,the baby is the couple’s first child, which comes not long after last year’s tragic family slayings which devastated Hudson’s family.
While Miss Hudson never publicly confirmed the pregnancy news, she held a baby shower at a relative’s Chicago, Illinois home back in May.
David Daniel Otunga Jr. was named after his dad, Hudson's fiancé. The couple decided to let the gender of their bundle of joy be a surprise, so they were sure to have both pink and blue clothes on hand for the birth.
"The baby is beautiful and perfect," Hudson's rep Lisa Kasteler told PEOPLE. "His parents are ecstatic."
Little David weighed in at 7 pounds, 14 ounces.
Making for quite the joyous moment, Jennifer Hudson has reportedly given birth to a healthy baby boy.
Welcomed little David Daniel Otunga Jr. into the world.
